For me, I will recommend blog posts in combination with videos. But overall, the format in which you would leverage your content depends on the platform you want to leverage on. For instance, if you are posting on a blog, blog posts and videos should be the ideal format but if you are posting on YouTube, I think videos would be appropriate for that.
